Young people quitting their jobs very shortly after starting - within three months or even three days - for reasons beyond the comprehension of older workers, is a relatively new phenomenon in China, and has spawned a new term, "flash quit".

年輕人在入職后很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)，比如3個(gè)月甚至更短的3天，因?yàn)橐恍┰诶蠁T工看來(lái)無(wú)法理解的原因而辭職，這是新近出現(xiàn)在中國(guó)的一個(gè)現(xiàn)象，由此產(chǎn)生了一個(gè)新興詞匯“閃辭”。

The real reason behind this normally goes to: failure to adapt to the workplace atmosphere, not feeling happy in the job, or not achieving self-fulfillment.

“閃辭”背后的真正原因通常為：無(wú)法適應(yīng)職場(chǎng)工作環(huán)境，工作得不開(kāi)心，無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。
