英國(guó)政府2日發(fā)布“脫歐”白皮書(shū)，列出了英國(guó)政府在未來(lái)“脫歐”談判中將秉持的12項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)則，包括限制移民、保護(hù)勞工利益、與歐盟達(dá)成自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定等。

The White Paper, which detailed 12 principles including immigration control and trade arrangements, is in line with Prime Minister Theresa May’s vision of "an independent, truly global UK and an ambitious future relationship with the EU".
該白皮書(shū)詳細(xì)列出了包括限制移民、貿(mào)易協(xié)定等12條原則，與首相特蕾莎-梅提出的“一個(gè)獨(dú)立的、真正全球化的英國(guó)以及與歐盟關(guān)系充滿(mǎn)前景的未來(lái)”理念一致。

Trade: The UK will withdraw from the single market and seek a new customs arrangement and a free trade agreement with the EU.

Immigration: A new system to control EU migration will be introduced, and could be phased in to give businesses time to prepare. The new system will be designed to help fill skills shortages and welcome "genuine" students.
