2022年冬奧會候選城市北京申冬奧代表團31日中午在吉隆坡完成陳述。當晚18點，在國際奧委會第128次全會上，2022年冬奧會舉辦城市將由85位國際奧委會委員投票產生。結果已經宣布，北京將舉辦2022年冬奧會！YEAH!!!

本次北京申冬奧代表團由中國國務院副總理劉延東帶隊，包括中國奧委會主席、國家體育總局局長劉鵬，北京冬奧申委主席、北京市市長王安順，國際奧委會副主席、中國奧委會副主席于再清，中國殘奧委會主席張海迪，張家口市市長侯亮，國際奧委會委員、羽毛球世界冠軍李玲蔚，國際奧委會委員、冬奧會短道速滑冠軍楊揚，北京冬奧申委總策法務部負責人楊瀾，北京2022形象大使、著名籃球運動員姚明，北京2022形象大使、自由式滑雪空中技巧世界冠軍李妮娜，北京冬奧申委工程規劃技術部負責人張利在內共計12人組成。

于再清：

王安順：

北京是全世界最受歡迎的旅游目的地之一，2014年境外的游客達到了500萬人次，全市擁有超過11萬間星級酒店客房。
As one of the world's top tourist destinations, Beijing has received almost five million international tourists in 2014 and the city has more than 110,000 star-rated hotel rooms.

為充分地滿足商業和休閑旅游的需要，我們已經和132家酒店簽訂了協議，房間的數量將比國際奧委會要求的高出30%。現有的住宿設施可讓冬奧會的客戶有更好的選擇。
To cater all the Games clients and spectators, Beijing has signed binding agreements with 132 hotels, exceeding the IOC room requirements by 30 percent. The existing accommodation would be able to offer them better choices.

劉鵬：

12個場館中有11個是2008奧運遺產，大幅度降低了辦賽成本。
Eleven of the 12 venues in Beijing are already Games legacy venues, substantially reducing costs.

延慶和張家口所有的新建場館都符合當地的長遠發展規劃。
And all new venues planned in Yanqing and Zhangjiakou align with the long-term regional development plans.

我們的賽事組織能力包括舉辦亞洲冬季運動會，將為北京2022冬奧會和冬殘奧會的圓滿成功提供最可靠的保證。
Our proven event-organizing capability, including holding the Asian Winter Games, will provide a reliable platform for successful winter games.

楊瀾：
